MASSAGE SERVICES WITH ELIZABETH BOURNE, LMT

Massage services in my studio:

• 30 minute massage  $50
  Focus can be on one part of the body such as neck and shoulders, lower back, or legs using deep tissue techniques or else the whole body using lighter, Swedish style strokes at a faster pace.
  
  

• 60 minute massage  $75
  Combines Swedish (longer strokes with lighter pressure promoting movement of fluids and circulation close to the skin), Deep Tissue (slower strokes with sustained pressure that penetrates to deeper layers of muscle tissue), and Stretching techniques to bring awareness, relaxation, and relief of tension to the whole body.
  
  

• 90 minute massage  $100
  Same as standard 60 minute massage but extra times allows for more focus to problem spots while receiving a thorough full body experience and deeper level of relaxation.
  
  

• Hot Stone Massage $20 added to cost of massage
  (1 hour minimum)
  Hot Stone Massage: warmed basaltic stones are placed along your spine and used as tools for massage strokes. This technique can be extremely sedating to the nervous system and also allow for penetration to deeper layers of muscle tissue without deeper pressure.

Massage Services in your home:

90 minute massage  $160
I bring all massage supplies including table to your home - 90 minute minimum. Must be within a 40 minute drive of Northwest DC.
